Hi everyone, I've just finished cleaning my 2nd tile roof and I had to Hit it 3 times and still didnt come out perfect, what could i be doing wrong?   the black stuff on the roof is like in layers,

my mix consisted of 50/50 Sh and H20, with Ammonyx lo

Here are the after pictures, the black dots on the tiles i couldnt get to come off, Yes.. even after 3 Hits with the mix..

Please help...

Looks like weak mix to me. You using 12.5%?  How fresh is it? Chris T is the tile roof expert. Maybe he'll jump in here.

If it was real heavy its probably dead and will wash off after a rain.If you want to find out give an area a rinse with a garden hose or straight water through your pump.I usually let the customer know that after a couple of rains it will look fantastic you just need to let mother nature do her thing.

Artillery fungus could also be the culprit Jose.

From what I have learned from many here it does not come off.

But here are some pics of a tile roof we did after spraying 2-3 coats and then the rain gave it a fnal rinse. Viola! beautiful roof tiles.

The Manager from The place where I get the Sh said that is fresh because they get 2to3 shipments of Sh Per week.

By the way we had no gutters to work with and the run off was really bad even with ammonyx lo.   Did I mess up on the mix gary?
