Okay I am going to bid my first real tile roof job, it is about  a 50 square roof. Has a ton of moss on it and has been power washed two yrs ago. the pictures don't show the moss but there is a bunch of it on there. I have read up on tile roof cleaning and just want to make sure. I will use a 50/50 mix of sh and water, now is my questions, should I use ammony lo? can I use alcohol on this one? I was told not to use Iso on a prior roof,  I can treat this roof from a ladder, just wondering if I will be able to hose off the moss from the ladder using a garden hose, I mean in theory it should work, might need to get a small, tiny, little fella to go on the roof, and use the garden hose. here are some pics and if anyone wants to they can advise me on a price range.
