okay so first things first, this tile roof is a mess, another fine xample of moss in the northwest. I treated a part of the roof with some left over mix to see how it worked.  then the condo job I gave a bid too. Its ten units, so twelve roofs in all, each roof is covered in moss also, pictures don't show this though.

 You all get moss bad out there in washington, great job on that bid, Them driveways look pretty ruff also, I would up sell those in a heart beat.
