This is a study found on the net of the use of SH in the irrigation of field crops, while we get a bad rap for alleged plant damage, this study is proof that if used safely there is no detriminetal effects.

It is a long report but interesting enough to add to the sales dialog with your clients.

(or read it while on the commode. lol)

It is also from very credible university sources such as :

I remember a buddy of mine ran maintenance for a really really small town. He went up to the top of the well and poured in a couple of gallons of SH to make the water safer.

In Boy Scouts we would pour a small amount of bleach in our drinking water while camping...Scout's honor.

On page 2 lines 21 & 22, it states that only SH has an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) special local need (SLN) label for use as a pesticide in irrigation systems. Does the SLN mean that SH is pre-approved and labeled for use as a pesticide?

I have a boat, I was taught to always put a capful of bleech in tank each fill up. I would never drink the water from those tanks....but it does kill germs.

Most of our well water dwellings in the area will get a small amount of SH down the well and flushed through the plumbing of the house to kill bacteria whenever a repair is made to any well system.
