10,000 pieces of 8.5x5 for $3500.00. I'm sure theres someone cheaper but I just wanted it done like yesterday. theyre using some of my kbk flyers as a template for design. I have to choose my zipcodes and demographics. I'm looking for experienced input as to how I should choose. Are we simply going for the mother load? Expensive homes and high incomes? I know which areas typically have alot of dirty roofs but I dont want to overlook anything. I want this to work. We'll be mailing 2000 at a clip which is what they suggested..
I just got 10,000 Stickit Door Hangers. Hired people off of Craigs list and we are target marketing to selected homes and only roofs thast need cleaning. With the Stickit we can put them on the door frame of the garage so when they drive up it is right in their face. With the mailers they tend to hit the trash, as i do with them myself. With the Stickit door hanger that at least will look at it when they remove it.
Mine are 6X9, see below and I have a place to write nest to my name and number on the left " Your Quote" and on the right the "price". I have a 25% return on these in a target test. When asked what they liked, they said the before and after pictures and the price, as many didn't know about roof cleaning.
Given I have to do the quotes and it takes my time driving around, I have been limited to the amount of these, but plan to start spending more time out there. I'll write the quote and have my door hanger person hang them.
The areas Im targeting will def not tolerate slicitation w/out town flyer permit of $200 per person. The permit stamp must be on the flyer. I have a friend who succesfully paints address numbers on curbs who was constantly bailing out his flyer distributers. Ive been networking with Chris from the Window Cleaning Resource and he claims hands down this is there most effective marketing for pressure washing. They have a very successful business in the 7 digits. 8.5x5 card is more likely to get noticed. I guess alls I can do is give it a shot rather than wonder or regret.
