Rust on vinyl siding, its from chimney flashing ( metal )

David oxalic acid only seens to work on well water stains. I'm not sure what to use to get rust stains out caused by metal?

Home Depots Rust Aid works well on a lot of different rust stains. It is a mixture of a few different acids. It is relatively safe and works pretty well.

One restore is very expensive. It works well, but is very expensive.

I heard that RustAid by William Barr and Co. works great on removing rust stains off of vinyl siding.

I'm going to give that a shot. I have rust stains from our water already, it's on the driveway and on the siding. The house is only 1.5 years old!

Clyde,
Haven't you been house washing for years? Why don't you know how to get rust stains off of vinyl? There are only a few decent products for rust that would be on vinyl and it should be easy to get off. Getting forgetful?

I've been doing it for 20 years and have never ran into rust stains on vinyl siding. Guess I've been lucky.
