I think the guy also hijacked his RCIA account. The verbage is all the same but theres WAAAAAAY to much punctuation for this to really be Dan.

Does anyone know the legal side enough to verify had Dan had the (ex) employee under a previously signed non-compete agreement if that would have given him leverage to stop the guys practices?

Makes me want to pre-empt anything like this happening to me, and if a non-compete would be able to help with that.......

Go get a strip of a vinyl sticker with your number and put it on his truck see how long it takes him to notice.

Good luck with that! Not very likely,first we are dealing with "no money" who can afford to take someone to court over roof cleaning??? I mean seriously.

I probably know 15 guys that got all their painting knowledge from working with me. It's just the nature of the service industry. One of my painters last day was Today,he's striking out on his own. I wished him well and thanked him for his time here. I'm sure he got a few rolls of tape a couple of drop cloths and a few brushes.Hell I even buy their damn shirts & pants. No worries man move on!!

The F word must be acceptable, because the Treasure of this board noticed the F word and even replied with out any editing, so to answer your question the F word must be acceptable here on this board. I personally think the drunk that thought out the words while having someone else type it should of have posted in the shade.

with that being said I'm glad your kids are so interested in the work that you do that they want to sit on your knee and read the post together with you

I'm kinda wondering how you could work with someone for 15 years and not see this coming??? He never brought it up?Discussed any of this ever??? Just seems a little odd to have a 15 year relationship with someone and not know a little bit more about someones character. IMHO
