Thank you gentlemen.  This was a very rewarding project.  The homeowner was so pleased and very appreciative, not to mention extremely kind.  We've spoken a couple of times since then as she's been telling friends, neighbors and her  HOA board members about us.  (She'll get compensated for her deals  smile.gif  )
