In the last month I have had two bids on some large banks, one motel and now an association, with ten buildinggs. All of wich have a substantial amount of moss on them. I have bidds ranging from 1700 to 8 k. I really want these jobs. Does anyone have some pointers on how to get infront of these organizations to close the deal. I mean I can go door to door and usually close a deal that day, just looking for some advice on this issue.

I like the bid packet Idea. I will be making one up this wk. I just saw a guy on one of the banks I put a bid in. He was on the roof sprinkling detergent on the moss then putting store bleach on it, then sprinkled moss be gone on it after that, he says he lets it sit for a few days then tries to brush off the dead moss. I asked him if he was licensed and bonded, he said no please don't tell anyone. I am just amazed the bank even hired him with no license or anything I mean he was using a step ladder to climb on and off the roof I thought for sure he was going to bite it when he was climbing down to chat at me.
