I'll Bet this posts gets deleted.

Moderators can't and should not be allowed to delete anything.

I have had many posts here disappear in the last few days. (IT SUCKS)

Plus this will also destroy the SEO

Be responsible and collectively fix the problems.

Start by creating a good environment for folks to continue education.

The RCIA was a great Place, it still can be and we do not need to remove posts. Allow the SEO master to determine what needs changed, Deleting things are bad, redirection of content needs to be done and regular moderators do not understand this.

Please do not take comments poorly, I know what I'm talking about thats why I was a Smartazz when some said this bbs would change.

If you want a Different BBS start another as I was told it was done already.

Removing informative material here will hurt this BBS rank and search. The vary reason we all come, for link Juice and some fun learning and networking.

Be smart and start Posting positive threads about yourself and company. Lead by example and not with a heavy hand.

Those are my comments, how long they will stay here because I have told people this will and does not have to change. Your mindset about what your purpose has to change.

Thats a great Point, nothing should ever get deleted. No one should delete content. You should move it and collectively as a team decide what to do.

People get knee jerk reactions and delete things because of personal feelings.

This is why a policy needs to be established.

Really all the people that decided AC was not good for the cause needs to revaluate how they want their business to grow.

As far as the moderation i meant that dletion of any negative stuff that serves no justice in SEO

there is thousand upon thousands of people that can help your business grow and you know what they are still in business and have been for yrs.. Ac is not the answer to your business , you are! Read a book if you want your business to grow, take seminars from successful entrepreneurs that are not such an egotist (conceited, boastful person) I have spoken to AC and it all about him. I this , I that. You know I have heard many speakers speak and very rarely do I hear a great speaker use an analogy of themselves, they use one of someone greater than them selves....

ACs business skills are totally different from his ability to produce and sell chemicals. Dave, ill bet you $1000 ill make more money than 90% of folks here in roof cleaning this year.like I've said before, its got nothing to do with me and everything to do with what AC taught me. The fact that he ran a company that did 100x whatmost here will do cannot be denied no matter your personal feelings. Having a coach that lead your industry for 20 years is valuble, even if you don't like the guy.

I do not defend this whole bleach wash debacle, I'm just as upset as anyone by it. But where credit is due, it should be given.

if he had that kinda business and it was so successful why isn't he still doing it.

please forgive me, I should'nt take away from is abilities to market, he has great info, are marketing skills are also prob. great, but I dont think he is a good leader or mentor, just my opinion,

I sure hope you do make a fortune there, you have a huge market, 10 times or even bigger than mine...

Let me clarify. I agree with some of what you say.

I shouldn't have used the "dollar amount" argument since I do live in a HUGE market. A percentage wopuld be better. We'll do 80% more this year than we did last year. Almost 100%, so far, on what AC taught us. I do have some issues with how he leads and mentors but his information can't be denied.

I'm not looking for a fortune, just enough to be comfortable, support my family, put some back and be able to give back to others.

I was just doing what i was asked to do. You know what i dont want the moderation responsibility anymore i am focusing on running my business not this board.

Moderators need to start in the "roof cleaning pictures" forum and delete any pics posted by anyone that is a guest. As you're doing that, look for live links to their websites in their signatures and go in their profiles and disable those also. This is what Chris has intended. Just one more reason to be a premmie. The days of the free-loaders are over.

Michael, Call or PM Chris about the problem. I checked your control panel and there are no controls turned on for you to do any moderating. (weird) Only Chris has the controls for that and can turn you back on again. I think this system is haunted...It seems to do things on its own sometimes. confuse I'm sure Chris will fix the problem.
