Here are some recent tile roof cleanings we did in The Woodlands TX use a non pressure cleaning system. We dont pressure wash your roof like other contractors do. Pressure washing roofs can cause tiles to break, water to be logged under them causing leaks, and the paint/dye to be removed.

 Ok, I know the Woodlands is near Houston, and you guys have tile roofs like we do here that need cleaning. But what is the expensive part of Houston Suburbs ?

It is Katy, Sugarland, or The Woodlands that has the really big Tile Roofs ?

Thanks Mitch! The first one was about 4 hours and the second was about 1 1/2 hours for the roof, but we also did the house, gutters, driveway, sidewalks and pool deck.

These were both done by our newest roof tech, he's been with us about 3 weeks.
