Nice job to jump start the spring (if it ever comes to stay). What exactly are you looking for as far as help and answers?

Just got it. I offered 3 packages and he went with least expensive option, 15 1000 square ft cabins. Since I've never cleaned anything this dirty, I'm concerned about the application process. Is there anything additional I should do given how old & dirty the roofs are or is it just business as usual?

Make sure nothing looks structurally damaged, other than that, keep your ground guy busy and use a bit more surfactant to help the mix cling to the roof better so you can slow down the run off. Nice grab man!

Just business as usual, what type of surfactant are you using?

you must wet everything    drowned it, lol   really what surfacant are you using ?

Let your mix do it's thing, just learn to trust it. It will take some experimenting but you'll figure it out. I would get rid of the dawn if it was me. There are pleanty of recommendations on surfactant on here. I know why David asked the question.

They will likely take more than one application, I'd say. Start out with a strong mix and go from there! Do you have access to water for dilution? No gutters will be a challenge, but you'll have it down pat after a couple of cabins. That's a great way to start the season, man!

i'll have access in about a week, hopefully the weather will cooperate ... i'm hoping he'll have me back to do the rest of the property, that would really be a nice way to get started

 Curious??? What would be your 3 packages??? you either clean it or you don't!

 

Sweet job.  Especially if you get all forty.  Should keep you busy for week and make 15 -$20k.  Maybe less, I don't know it's too late for math.
