Hey!  what would you do if you found out that your competition is taking your signs down?   there is a guy im my area....  he took my signs down ...and put his signs on the same place I had mine!!!...what an Idiot! see the worst part is that he put his sign right over top of my signs...I think ...he is trying to send me a message....WHAT WOULD YOU DO?....

1.- should I kindly ask him to relax and stop doing what he is doing?

2.- should I have my guys removed all his yard signs, just to get even?

3.- should I kick his butt and teach him a lesson?..I can't do this I got to much to lose!....I wanna get even with this guy with out going to jail or losing my business!....this is personal now!!  usually I don't care when this happens...but...he cross the line and went to far with his chit!

4.- is there any legal actions I could take against this guy?

The only thing I know is that he is messing with the wrong guy!...  What would you guys do?

How about this! I can lower prices just on his area ...and make money on volume! I wil put him out of business... No that will make me a low baller.... anymore ideas?

Give a courtesy call first, if that doesn't work then...

1) Get on craigslist and put ads on with his # on them and advertise 'anyhome for $39.00', 2) place his signs in the right of way & in font of businesses, 3) or just call all out war on his signs, if you see one, knock it down. 4) really bad reviews everywhere possible for him...dex, google, BBB, etc

Sometimes guys like this don't get the nice message, you have to fight fire with fire.

How do you know HE is stealing your signs??? It could be someone pranking?? I would definetly call him up & discuss it. First calmly,to establish what is going on,then firmly let him know that the childs play IS going to stop 1 way or another.

I've been threw it all with signs. I had a Tile guy turn my sign around and paint His campany name and phone # on the back of my sign. He wasn't only doing it to me but other contractor.  I called every contractor up and told them what he was up to. We all gave him a call. That problem ended very quickly. Funny thing is we never found out who it was. He was a un-lic. scab! with a pre=paid cell phone.

Lets go Buss up some heads ya know what i mean Jonny! OH Word to ya mother. I was thinkin maybe we Smash his face in with the butt en of a .22 . Or maybe!!! Now I am Just jokin (for legal purposes ya Know)
