What's the biggest residential roof you have ever cleaned? SQ foot?

I had to clean an almost 2 acre flat commercial roof in 2009.
Post constructon cleanup. 30 hrs. of work.

I did one a couple months ago that was 9500. I like doing big jobs like that cause most of the customers don't want you walking on there tile roof. Its kinda relaxing hangin out in a lift all day yelling at your ground guy. They should install swivel seats in them though.

We did one last year that was 23,000sqft. I wont say how much it was, but it was a referral from another contractor and we sent him $1,000 for a referral fee. Who NEEDS a house that big??!?

M&R would have done that for $349.00 non groupon rate would have been $16,000 though

Why not?? The bigger the better!!

Not to me. I've done this just over 20 years now and I prefer a lot of smaller jobs, to one big one.

That's the way I've come to feel.

I give away the real big jobs, I just gave one away in Venice,Fl to Presidential Roof Cleaning recently. I haven't heard anything back, so I don't know if Kim got it or not?

I don't blame ya, especially with gas prices now. I have seen you pop up on google search for Ft Myers area before, that's why I asked. I would love to talk with you sometime if you wouldn't mind.

still waiting to hear from the Venice job, meet with him the other day seemed promising, but we shall see.
We estimated it to be about 45,000 sq. ft. give or take a few.
There is many small returns on each building and it is all businesses so we will need to work off hours.
We should know something by the end of the week I hope.

I have never Google searched for myself for Ft Myers, so I didn't know I'd show up there?

Sure! I will call you sometime! I had a death in the Family earlier this week and it's been busy busy. I need to call Chris T too, but I am not yet in a talkative mood. Maybe next week?
