Hey guys, I don't really have the time or proper equipment to clean / seal a 2 story townhome deck, so I was wondering who would want to take a look at this potential job?

It's a townhome in Odenton, 2nd story wood deck, no steps. The homeowner wants a price for cleaning only and for clean / seal.

I'm going to take a look tonight since I'll be cleaning the gutters, but as I said, decks aren't my thing. She said the deck is not in the best shape, so I'll get more info on this when I stop by.
