Sodium Percarbonate is the main ingredient.

It works IF....

You use very hot water and keep the roof wet until the stains disappear.
Demo that I saw took most of the day.

If it dries you have to pressure washer it off.

I have a few packets sitting in front of me.

It is a sodium hydroxide based cleaner.

First there is a cleaner. Looks like our application would work the same for applying this product.

Once applied allow to soak for 25 min.

In the rinsing stage it says if garden hose pressure is not strong enough, use a pressure washer with less than 200 psi.

They have a Moldstat product to be applied next that requires no rinsing. But says to be applied every year.

I see no benefit here over what we are using. Espcecially at $140 for less than 3000 sq.ft not including shipping.

Tried it, Didn't really work without a PW rinse. And this stuff will burn the hell out of you really easy. Sodium Hydroxide as stated above.
