Please do you job. Please see the rules of this BB. There are several posts that are violating these rules.

If your post is not about roof cleaning post in the shade. (PM a moderator if you need the password) If it is attacking another member please send it as a PM to that member. ONLY POST OR RESPOND IN A WAY THAT IS INDUSTRY BUILDING, RESPECTFULL AND FOLLOWS THE FORUM RULES.

The RCIA has a protocol in place for disciplining these matters and we have directed the moderators to start enforcing that immediately.

1. Your post will be edited or removed and you will get a warning by PM.

2. The next violation your post will be edited or removed and you will get a PM that you are on probation for a month.

3. If you choose to violate again you will be suspended from the RCIA BB for the period of 90 days.

We are not the free speech police. You agreed to the forum rules when you placed membership here, we have warned everyone from time to time re posting the rules, (they are easy to find) and this hate speech is hurting our image as Chris discussed above. YOU HAVE HIS WORDS!

If you cant play by our rules (which were in place as long as 2 years before I got here) then go play on someone else's board.

Matthew I'm trying to be patient with you, but you need to explain yourself. Exactly WHAT am I guilty of? Please enilghten me. Also, put my post back. This is the paid side and the fact that you disagree with me has obviously clouded your judgement. I will be petitioning for your removal as a moderator for removing my post for no reason other than you disagreeing with it. If it has not been replaced by the next time I check the board, there will be repercussions.

If you can't tell me which rule I broke, you cannot put me on double secret probation or whatever you think you did with that lame PM. If I were being arrested (again) they would have to tell me the charge. I would expect no less from you unless my infraction is simply not agreeing with you. If that's the case, and it sure seems to be, then you abused your authority as a moderator. That is also all I can infer until you tell me which rule I broke. BTW, I posted in In The Shade & the apology is in your inbox. (I told you I have a big heart.)
