Sold my dually. Bought a Mazda B Series pickup. I only carry one 55, pump, hoses and a ladder. Will post pics when I figure out where my son put my camera charger.

With what gas costs now and what it's going to be within the next 2 years, you are making a wise move I think. I read a projection from an X ceo for an oil company. He said we will be paying $6.00 a gallon or more some time in 2012. My one truck is a Chevy 1500 and gets 15 mpg towing a large square tubing built trailer = HEAVY. On it I have one 100 gal tank of pure SH and the 2nd one we fill up to 1/3rd [for shingle roofs and 45-50% for tile. Plus a 16hp pressure washer on back + 4 hose reels etc. Plus in the truck bed is an 18 hp pressure washer and another 10-20 gal SH. So, I'm pretty happy with 15 mpg! I just switched my other vehicle to a Suzuki SUV that gets 23 mpg all day long! Pulling a trailer 20. If nothing else kills US economy, gas prices will. I look forward to seeing your setup! Until recently I had the one Chevy truck set up / trailer and a Nisan Frontier truck set up to work without a trailer. I may -if gas prices get too insane - set up another 20 mpg truck, but this time I would take the bed off and make a flatbed for more open spaces! I have seen pictures here at RCIA of small trucks set up as flatbeds and they looked very workable!
