Hi Eric,..Not sure how many years in the roof cleaning business you have under your belt,... but,....unless you've been cleaning roofs for several years and have an assurance of longevity due to results,....I would be very careful offering a 5 year guarantee,..you could end up going back and doing more free work than you bargained for.

I live in Pa as well,...the life I see out of a roof cleaning with SH is anywhere from 3-5 years before it starts coming back. What do you do in those cases with a 5 year guarantee. You could possibly end up working for the same customer 2 or 3 times and only have been paid for the first time.

Maybe you pro rate it somehow,..I don't know.
