I tried making a post and using this html formula,
{ <a href="http://bergman-chuck-roof-cleaning-soft-wash.blogspot.com/2011/01/bergman-roof-cleaning-soft-wash-no.html">Chuck Bergman's Info Page</a> }
but it's not working. How should it be set up? "http://bergman-chuck-roof-cleaning-soft-wash.blogspot.com/2011/01/bergman-roof-cleaning-soft-wash-no.html" is my website. If you have a couple of other useful HTML tips, I'd appreciate it! I am not much of a computer specialist! I am, what you might call "Computer Illiterate" Thanks, Chuck

In your signature, type your anchor text, ie Chuck's Rockin' Roof Cleaning. Then highlight that anchor text with your mouse.
Next, up in the tool section, where the font size, bold and such are, you'll see a piece of 'chain' a 'link'. Click on that (remember, anchor text must be highlighted first). Then fill in the window that pops up with your intended web address.
Save it and your done!

PS - Chuck - if that doesn't make sense, give me a ring and we'll go through it over the phone and get ya squared away.

Thanks for the help! I did just as you said and it went just fine. Now, how do I copy a link to that? Also, what html would I need to post a link to an outside source here? It's rough being a computer dummy! Chuck

Let's see if we're tracking:
Now, how do I copy a link to that?
You can type it in the old fashioned way h...t...p...p...:...//, or highlight the url somewhere (where ever it is) with your mouse then right click your mouse and select copy. Then click in the URL field of the window, right click your mouse and select paste.
As far as links for outside source, unless you want anchor text you can just drop it in the text field like this http://WashThoseShingles.Com
*Or* Since you know how to anchor it now, you can do this
You'll be a PC geek soon at this rate Chuck
