Proceedings:
• Meeting called to Order 5:02 by Gary Wyer
• 5:05 Bill Booz makes a motion that all future RCIA spending to be reimbursed by the RCIA require a PO number for payment. Gary Wyer seconds the motion, all present vote I, motion passes at 5:05.
• 5:06 Board defers 501-c discussion until next week.
• 5:10 The BOD meets the certification committee volunteers
• 5:16 Bill Booz nominates Chris Madden for the chairman of the Certification and Education committee. Gary seconds the motion, all present vote I, motion passes at 5:16.
1. Committee is built of volunteers un the chairman’s approval

• 5:37 BOD agrees to attend a special talk shoe on Sunday Feb. 20th at 8:00pm, to answer members open questions. Under suggestion from Kim Rousseau.
• 5:45 Member pack update, still no invoice from parliament paper, new fulfillment companies being contacted
• 5:50 Insurance update, Health insurance for members still being researched, Directors insurance under review by BOD members.
• 5:53 Bill Booz agrees to get answers to what exactly the officers insurance quote he has covers and if it includes errs and omissions insurance.
• 5:56 Gary moves to close the meeting.
