Yesterday I did my first roof cleaning. Every thing was going perfect until I went to check one of the bags that was on the down spouts. Their was no run off in the bag.I thought that their should have been some run off because this was the first section of the roof that i did and i was applying a to much sauce. The gutter were pitched away from the down spouts. I had no ideal how to get the sauce out off the gutter. I called Brian from "The Roof Clearer's" in Oxford, Pa.. He told he how to resolve the problem. Thanks again Brain. The roof came out perfect. I got two out jobs from this one. The only problem is these guys are my neighbors and I can not charge them but they agreed to pay for the chemicals. At least i get two more test houses.
It's always a good feeling! Those gutters are a life saver but can be a real pain sometimes. When that happens we usually take a few minutes and repitch the gutter just enough for it to drain properly. Customers usually love that you take that extra step to help them out.
Post some pictures if you have them.
