Hi.  I'm a relatively new member and this is my first post.  Great board!

My son Sean and I started a pressure washing company about 9 months ago.  It's growing slowly but surely.  After a long spell of being a statistic in Florida's awful unemployment situation, he has something that he's taking a lot of pride in building (and I'm enjoying helping him do it).

We made a promise when we got into the business, that we would never do a roof job until we were ready.  We offer roof services in our advertising, but simply don't do the jobs because we don't have our process down.  In fact, we've developed some interesting and effective processes for houses and concrete that might vary a little from the norm, but they work safely and effectively for us.  However, we just can't do roofs yet and it's killing us to turn them down.

So I have two questions:

1) How do we become a premium member?  I've tried to catch up with the moderator about this and haven't been able to do so.
2) Can we gain access to the training that is offered to premium members?  The site is great but the real information we need about the process (including roof and ladder safety) seems to be locked in the premium membership section somewhere.  Sean's interested in personal training, even if he can't get the certification; but we'd be willing to start with any training that's available on line from RCIA.


Helllllllpppp.  Turning down roof jobs is the right thing for us to do right now but it's still hard turning down the revenue and exposure!
