For anyone having trouble getting their "work/employer" link in their profile to show up as their business page instead of the Facebook "community" business page, here is a link that will help.

It gives a few work arounds for this problem. You may also find that if your delete your work place from your profile and add it again, that Facebook may find your business page instead of the blank community page.

If you haven't tried it, click on the link in your profile that you think takes you to your business page and see if it goes there or if it goes to the blank community business page. A lot of people don't realize that this happens.
