Hey boys, I've taken your advice and used the search feature to find out some information about this, but only saw one tid-bit on it by Chris Tucker. If one of y'all could either tell me where to search or a better "key word" to use that would be great. If not, what do you all suggest when you have a place where birds have liked to roost for the night and there is a bountiful deposit in one area?
Thanks boys..

I would think you would spray the area with mix....rinse....then repeat if needed. It sounds like dealing with moss of lichen. The mix works so good on it's own. jmho tho interested to see what others say on the topic
I've never run to an excess amount of bird crap on a roof. Assuming there is enough to be very noticeable,...I would spray as usual and then after the roof appears to be done,...I would rinse it and get the most of it off the roof,...just to take away the eyesore of it. Most should come off,...but don't beat the roof up,...just do what you can do and it will dry up and disappear.
Thanks everyone!! Only had one roof that had a concentration of it at the front of a dormer and HO insisted it come off. This was before I was doing roofs and was cleaning out their gutters and washing the house. Now that I'm getting into roofs, I remembered that job and wanted to know what to do if I ran across it again. Thanks again for the help y'all, I do appreciate your wisdom.

I didn't mean it like that, Alot of home owners point out sections of the roof { usually at the top by an edge } asking if I can remove the bird droppings, nine out of ten times it's lichen. My response was just trying to help from a lil experiance with " bird droppings"

No problem. That is a great point (from the homeowner's perspective) and one I'll keep in my storage bank. Thanks again for sharing the wisdom of experience with me.
