Mr. Homeowner let's repair the problems you currently have with your roof. Give it a good Soft Wash. Make it last another five years. The cost is $700.00 and I will give you a $700.00 coupon. So that when you call me to replace your roof I will knock that off the cost of your new roof. I have just showed you how to get a free roof cleaning.

I was thinking about a pitch like that. The only problem is after a year of doing roof cleaning, your not going to want to do another re-roof again!

Thats true. Thats why I will probably pass it to a roofer I know and take a 10% commission. BAM 1,000.00 for nothing and he honors the coupon!!

It is almost always an insurance claim paying for the roof. I always waive the deductibleany way. So, I was already going to give them that discount.

I like it rodney, but i'm done doing roofs, but subbing it out is a great idea!
