Thanks Kim, I will check this out.

I find Audio books and programs to be the
most effective, and easy to listen to over
and over as you drive, relax at home, etc.
This repeated listening helps to instill the
ideas, and message into your mind, and you
have a much higher probability to utilize this info.

It is good when you know what to do.......
but it is useless until you actually do
what you know........
