  Phil,  Feel free to call me.  It works great.  What I do is spray it on and go set up the pressure washer.  Wait a half hour or so total and rinse it off.  Sometimes takes a couple of coats.  I love it, somewhat pricey.  I have had to go over stubborn graffiti with a hydroflouric acid once.  The pressure washer probably isn't neccesarry.  I think hose pressure would work.

That is what we use is the Taginator, they have two types, one for smooth surfaces, and one for brick or concrete. We mainly use the one for brick and concrete, works really well. Depending on how much graffiti is on most of the time it takes just one coat and then pressure wash off. If you have any questions about it just pm me.
