Board Meeting Minutes: January 15, 2011

Proceedings:
• Meeting called to order by AC lockyer: 11:08am

• 11:23 formalized direction of PWNC event Steve and AC collecting details

• 11:32 Bill motions to abolish all existing committees and chairs, Steve seconds, unanimous approval. Motion Passes.

• 11:33 AC motions to implement the 6 new committees he presented. Bruce Sullivan seconds. Unanimous approval. Motion passes.
The new commitees are:

• 11:45 Bruce Sullivan Tasked to find some committee chairs. Bruce will produce a list to work with on the First meeting of February. At this point the board will pick some to be moderators first, unless they are chosen from existing BOD members. Existing BOD members can already be promoted to chairs. Deadline for list: Feb. 1st.

• 11:58 Bill motions to Defer membership giveaways through NCE discussion until after certification. AC seconds, unanimous approval. Motion passes.

• 12:28 AC makes a motion to begin talks about RCIA covering the forum and main site costs. Steve seconds, unanimous approval. Motion passes.

• Member’s packets deadline moved from Jan.15 to its new deadline of Feb.15

• New meeting is assigned to Tuesday, Jan18th @ 5:00pm
Amended: Jan 25th @ 5:00pm is what we meant to do. Meeting moved to this date and time.

AC moves to close meeting @ 12:57pm
