I went out and purchased a voice activated recorder. When driving through gated or private communities this allows me to record the addresses of dirty roofs and mailout info. This works everywhere! Hopefully, we can get those homeowners who normally wouldn't have this service to begin thinking and soon call.

That's a great idea.  I do the same thing except I've been writing them down.  Am going out to purchase one today.
