I checked with Fast Signs locally and they want $12/sqft. installled to wrap a vehicle. I don't know if that's a good price, but they wanted $6plus per sign for coroplast 18 x 24 yard signs and thats triple what they are online.
Roof Cleaning is probably your highest priced service, therefore, IMO I would put that in large lettering, maybe where the website is. If you drove by quickly no one would know exactly what it is you do. Its a lot of swirly colors so dont expect people to be quickly drawn to the list of services. I do not consider myself an expert in this area, just giving my opinion. Glad to see your making the move. Its not cheap but it shows your commitment.
My work is 25% roofs, 10% pressure washing, and 60% softwashing, 5% other. I can talk about/market roofs until I'm blue in the face, but some people just don't get it. Basically its the same way with pressure washing. People just understand ( or think they do) pressure washing, and that is what makes the phone ring in my area. I don't have the $$$$ to embark on a re-education program with the public, so that was my thought on the current wrap.

Softwashing is a term known mostly by those in the trade. Rarely do I get a customer asking for a "softwash". As far as the market is concerned "softwashing" could refer to animal grooming, human hair, or what have you. You would be far more effective making a bold statement of "Safe Roof Cleaning & Soft Pressurewashing" (or powerwashing). We tout the term "softwashing" as if everyone automatically knows what we're talking about. You said it yourself, people understand "pressure washing" and that makes the phone ring. Dude, put the roof cleaning & pressure washing big so it's obvious and there's no guessing what you do.
