Go daddy site builder is cheap and easy. You can do stuff in word and input it too so it looks good.

I use HTML-Kit. Get templates off the web. Free ones every where. Just google free html templates.

I just started using WordPress.org and love the flexibility. Sometimes you have to play around a lot to get the look and feel that you want, but there are tons of templates all over and you can edit and there are a monstrous amount of plugins available to mess around with. No need for a website building on there as it's already pretty much built.

Wordpress is hard to beat, if you want your website to be found, and Don's package is all SEO optimized, right out of the box. He always answers the phone, so help is always close, and he is a patient teacher.
I LIKE how most of you are linking BACK to the RCIA Forum. This will benefit you, because it makes your site more relevant for roof cleaning, in Google's eyes.

My first site was done using web site tonight. It was fairly easy to use, but I am doing quite a few other web sites this winter and I will be using Wordpress.
