I found this on a web site while doing my homework. No mention of what these "stains" are or the words algae or mold. Interesting how they also left out anything from ARMA. And... what's the deal with termite protection?
"Bleach, chlorine and phosphates are harmful to the environment and can damage plants and bushes around your home. These chemicals have no lasting effect. Bleach, when used incorrectly, can actually bleach out the color in your roof – we have seen this happen a number of times. Bleach can also neutralize some types of chemicals used for termite protection around your home and damage aluminum gutters."
Roof-Be-Clean®Contains NO Harmful Bleach, Chlorine or Phosphates

That's the franchise's MO, tell a pack of lies about the proper way so that they can attempt to sell their high pressure 'process'. I went head to head with them 3x recently Brett, and they're easy to beat with facts and professionalism. I'll share my pitch with you if you'd like.
Re undoing that link, we don't want them getting any link juice/SEO from the RCIA forum
