The curb appeal of this Warrenton, VA home was substantially improved in a matter of hours.  As is often the case, we never even set foot on the roof of this client's home due to having our own 42' hydraulic lift.

In addition to blue/green algae, this home also had a moderate lichen infestation which was treated.  By following the strict teachings of the RCIA, algae, lichen AND moss are all safely eliminated.

Nice job Ted.  The bucket truck works out pretty good for you??  May start looking at utility co. auctions and see if I can find one. Used to have 21 of them in my crew at BellSouth.confusesmile

 I'm a telecom guy too, I use to bleed MCI orange, or so I thought.

And yes it's worked out VERY well for us.

Nice work Ted. I would love to see a picture of the lift extended as you reach the backside of the house. I see you said it was a 42'er. What is the effective reach when you are up and extended to reach the back side?

I'm planning to visit my brother who lives in Dumfries. I would love to meet up with you and see the lift in action. Will probably be sometime next spring. Maybe we can talk him into a roof cleaning.

Sounds great Charles.  I get to FL once in a while too - spent 30 LOVELY days in the Keys this past spring.  I see in your bio that you were a CIO.  Very impressive.  I was an Executive Director with a major corporation before venturing on my own as well.  I'm having a LOT more fun now, and making a good living too  wink.gif

Ryan!  Great to hear from you.  Moderators, please pardon just a little personal correspondence in this reply?   Ryan is my main (and valid) competition in the area.  I've been waiting for, and even looking for the opportunity to tell a client, "well, you can't go wrong with Ryan's A Team". 

I don't know the name of the subdivision Ryan.  It's right before you turn off to Lake Brittle if that helps ( I mean right by the lake).  A few of the homes there are actually water front.

Did your company do the house at the top of the hill on Makely in Fairfax Station?  (Makely and Clara Barton, owner's name was Carver?)  If so, very well done sir.  We've just done a few there as well.
