This job was a bear. There were several patch jobs of various colors that were not reaidly visible during the estmate phase. Also found some severe shingle rot/roof decking rot over the garage area.

Amazing those folks would even get a roof clean as bad of shape as it is in, but looks like you did a nice job for what you had to work with there.  Mind sharing how much you charged? looks like a lower income area?  Thanks for the info!

Roof portion of that job was about $400. Its actually in a very high value area of Tallahassee, lots of classic homes close to downtown, hospitals, etc, Heavily treed, very traditional area. Ongoing maintenance has not been this owner's strong suit, looks like it was starting to get away from him a little bit. But now the property is clean and he can see what needs fixing, painting, etc.
