We hired a new employee last week, and he is fitting in very well. In a small roof cleaning company that is family owned and operated, all employees must get along.
Everyone in my company is cross trained, able to handle most any roof cleaning situation they may encounter. We have hired employees that just did not fit in before, can anyone relate to what I am saying ?
In a small company, ALL must get along, with a minimum of Drama!
