Just finished this cleaning today. Got the referral from a realitor. Customer is in AZ., was parents house going up for sale. The weather was alittle cool today which concerned me but it came out good. This is the e-mail I just got from the customer:

"Bruce,

 

It looks fantastic!!!!  I can’t believe how much of a difference it makes.  It looks like we put a brand new roof on it.

Thank you also for cleaning the concrete patio and side walks.  I hope you get lots of new business from our house.

You understood what our needs were for this job and promptly got us an estimate and completed the job quickly.  You

should teach classes on professionalism and customer service!
