Sounds like an oxymoron, doesn't it? I just finished this roof this afternoon, its for the Leon County Humane Society. A few times a year I try to donate services (either free or very cut rate) to worthy causes, and it always comes back to me in spades!
I met with the director, and she promised me a public "thank you" in their newsletter and some adspace/before and after pictures on their email list, and signage on a very busy street.
Just an idea for you guys looking to boost up your business.
PS...it was getting dark, so the after pictures aren't very good. I'll take some more after our next rain

Wow Ray, that was one dirty roof! I would definitely get back and get the perfect after pictures. Commercial, visable property with dramatic results looks great on your web site.
Did they give you a hard time about the smell around the animals?

Brian, You need to hit up Villanova for some roof cleaning / pressure washing. There are some stained roofs there. You have the references to land a job like that.
How is your job in Baltimore going?
Any thoughts on heading up to Easton for the ACR Products event this fall?

I kinda did that for an elderly couple last wk, I mean gave it away. but it worked cause the neighbors on both sides signed up the next day. they couldn't believe how clean his roof was when I got done. Okay I didn't give it away but it was cheap.
It is going bad with the weather in Baltimore. We have to seal 420 decks and some fences with bridges and it looks like rain again next week. I will need to look into the villanova thing. I will start a project on a small college soon that should help getting more work.
I have gone to the last 3-4 times to ACR, last time I stayed over and had fun. I will do that again.
It is always good to give back something to others. Here is Tampa Boxer Rescue that I just made yesterday for my good friend Teri. She takes in Boxers that are abandoned, and saves them from being put to sleep, or abandoned. It is a little "girlie looking", but she's a girl, and I made it for her.
