You will have to ask guys in your area..Down here they are priceing at .35 per sq. but Again it also depends on the Job thats why I would prefer equaluating the job site before I gave a price. =]

Roof Cleaning is not cheap, so do not give your services away and lower the standards of our industry by bidding so low that, after all your costs and expenses, you have  not made a dime.If you lower your price to get the job, you cheapen the profession. Roof cleaning is dangerous remember your on a roof if you fall your out of work Also after you have paid insurance and all the other expense you wanna be able to have money left for you and the company...We gotta be making a Profit guys I plan on letting them know my price range so I eliminate all the cheapskapes  who wanna hustle me...

Look offer a fair price and you will do just fine. I have been pretty busy this season and I am having some trouble getting to estimates because of the work load. By the time I get there the others have given their estimates. Sometimes the customer will show me it to compare with mine,I am always shocked by how low the competitions est. is. You know the old saying....you get what you pay for.

Damn, sounds like you are chomping at the bit!

I just started cleaning roofs a few months ago and love every minute of it. You are doing the right thing by reading and absorbing as much as you can on here. I can't wait until 2011. I've learned so much here, it was a blessing to find this forum. Without it, I probably would have been power washing someones roof like a real toad!
