Thanks everyone for your comments on helping to refine my roofing flier. I've posted the old one ( roof flier ) and the new version (roof flier 2). I tried to cut down the text by about 30% ( i know I have a habit of being too wordy sometimes), and implement other changes that were recommended to me.
Comments and criticisms are still welcome, I'd like to refine this into a perfect a piece as possible.
BTW. Printplace.com was $150 for gloss stock, 2000 copies, one sided. They have great price on door hanger too! I've ordered from them many times and had always been delighted with the results.

With that being said, I caught myself when looking at your flyer.. I looked at the pictures, read what was above and below them and then barely looked at the 5 reasons on the right hand side.

Make your "Warranty Seal" sold gold and white out all the letters in it. Tilt the seal a little sideways to make it stand out a bit more.
I like the larger photos in the first one. What size font (lettering) are you using in the paragraph above them? 10 usually works well for print, and sometime gives you more room to make your other objects even larger.
Good rule of thumb, 3 font styles max. Main idea, sub topic, text. Simple....
