"Not much of an improvement" is how my customer described the results when I followed up with a phone call. What she's still seeing is the treated lichen. I couldnt have explained any better to the Mr. what to expect. Can anyone here see an improvement?

Im starting to think pricing should be ok to say.

Wow Ed I think it looks great in photo # 6. That;s some price...but you get what you pay for and we all know on here how dedicated you are to perfection and you stand behind your work. Nice price also....was that the whole roof?

Best not to talk about prices as that can lead to charges of price fixing.
I think if we're all about NOT low balling maybe we should talk about pricing. I could be wrong here. But if people are searching here for roof cleaning, they should have an idea of what it cost for certified roof cleaning, as opposed to having some gypsy do the job. The pics portray about 70% of this job. the house had much more sq. ft.age than whats shown. I used almost 90 gal. on this whole job. I was the third and highest estimate for this job. I showed before and after pics of similar jobs of before, after, and 4 weeks after. If pricing shouldnt be talked about and the reason makes sense, than I will abide. I think it makes sense to show pricing.
It's not a high price Clyde. It's the right price for the right method. This is Jersey, 30 minutes outside of NYC. It may seem high to other parts of the country.
your right again Ed, I just never heard of Watching NJ I didn't realize it was so close to the city, I thought maybe it was in the cranberry bogs or something.

Everything looks great!
On areas that I am able to reach I sometimes rinse or lightly brush off the shingles so the HO sees instant results, makes my life easer!

Pricing was good on that house. We trying to stay in business to honor 2 year guarantees. Not be out of business! LOL!!
I can see an improvement, but if explained to him properly then he should understand. That didnt grow overnight, that roof has been neglected for a number of years. I would take a drive out in a few weeks to do a check up. Price is nice, and in a few weeks the roof will match.
