This is simmiliar to popcorn marketing, Whith some changes. 2nd job same neighborhood, WOM.

2 signs so far!! in their yards. And a sign at the stop sign leaving the neighborhood. Any job in the neighborhood will be done second half of day. Picked up nuther estimate. Same neighborhood, couple down. Sold the wife!

This was set up perfect. All I can compare it to is HOA thing. I'm hoping to duplicate it!

I have always set up my cleaning jobs in the morning, to beat the heat. But you have an excellent idea about cleaning when most people are home, or on there way home. Congrats on your multiple jobs in one neighborhood. I have to rethink the time I clean roofs.
