I washed a landlord's houses earlier this year, and it was Heaven being set up in one place, doing multiple units without a tear-down and reset in between houses!

Thanks Dave! I sold 3 roofs today. on the way to a estimate in DC (gutter cleaning) I seen 2 commercial roofs that werent franchises. Needed a cleaning bad! When you are fired up and full of confidence, do some cold calling!!! I did!

Just woundering what is the going rate for gutter cleaning $1 a ln., or $10 a down. Ive had a few crazy ones lately. I gave a bid for one $60.00 dollars with bagging and $3 for each soffit bolt replaced she looked at me and said thats it.... but the next one went way different when I told her $45 she freaked out saying its only 200 ft or so why so much, i then sad plus 10 to bag it plus repairs if needed. I didnt get a call back on that one..

I'd go up on your price a lil more. Some you get some you dont. I got into a price war, couple years ago, and he is still at 65 most houses, lol!!! I left that section and gettin my regular prices. He is still killing himself for 65. I dont think he will be around much longer?

I havent said anything 'cause I think I was shopped. I dont know. On phone she said she already had 5 resi gutter cleans. Got there she didnt have the addresses. She asked prices for everything.

I can usuallly smell another contractor shopping me. This, was very creative and thought out, if I was shopped. I give prices sometimes and dont hear back for weeks.

I dont know anything yet Phil.

Staying positive about it. Hopefully it will turn into something big this fall. We will see...
