 I would like to thank Bill Booz of AccuWash LLC for certifying me today. That was some test you gave, I was totally shocked with it. When I first joined RCIA I was told to read, read and read some more. Then I was told to use the search button. I am glad I did. So, for all the new guys, read, re-read and use the search button. One day you will need to know this stuff to get certified.Thanks Bill
