Tampa Homeowner Association Roof Cleaning Group Rate Project

I know how to do that with apt complex gutter cleaning. I'm sure the pricing diff the same. I know how to sell the pricing. HOA's. Never dealt with one yet. How does that work?

Well, offer a discount for cleaning multiple roofs for the homeowners. We frequently will have a group of homeowners get together, and off 10 to 20 roofs to clean, in exchange for a discount on their cleanings. Since we don't have to drive all over Tampa, we can save time by cleaning a bunch of roofs for the homeowners in their community. We simply go from roof to roof, cleaning as we go. Some Tampa subdivisions we never get out of! We are still doing an entire section of Tampa Palms that started out with 5 roofs to clean on a cul de sac. Word of our roof cleaning company spread like wildfire, and we just can't seem to get out of there!

Awesome Chris! I was called for a gutter scrub one townhouse. in an HOA. He gave me the # to the HOA. He was so happy! I was so busy I didnt move forward on it, lol. I need to find that phone # right? LOL!!

I guess call it and tell the services we provide and the group rate? I know I sound retarted, lol!!!

I have time now for creative stuff!

Here in Tampa, cleaning roofs in a deed restricted community that just got roof cleaning letters from their homeowner association will make you very popular biggrin

We don't "push" roof cleaning, we are very busy, no time for that. But when one homeowner sees another homeowner having their roof cleaned w/o using pressure washing, they often come up to us asking for an estimate on the spot.

I just hate to sound like a broken record, but when in an area where non pressure roof cleaning is unknown, offer free, no obligation, roof cleaning demonstrations in all your promotions. Back when I started roof cleaning here in Tampa, no one knew that is was possible to safely clean a roof without using a pressure washer.
I had to demonstrate this to my potential customers. Non Pressure Roof Cleaning here in Tampa is an accepted thing now, but I had to make it that way.
