I just got this email. Apple Roof Cleaning is way to busy to mess with this large project right now.

I represent a homeowner association in Crystal River (Citrus County) with 47 duplexes.(94 homes).   We have a
staggering re-roofing schedule -- the first re-roofing was completed in 2004
and the last re-roofing will be completed in 2011.
We are seeking a reliable, certified and licensed Roof Cleaning company.    Our shingles are
GAF Elk Ultra Timberline (Lifetime) shingles.
Our roofs range in size from 23 squares to 37 squares.   (The majority being
26 squares and 31 squares).   (Two and three bedroom homes)
I found your name on a GAF Elk blog site recommending your services.
We have several questions:
1)  How do we estimate the cost of your service?
2)  What materials do you use for cleaning the roofs?
3)  Is the solution toxic to pets or animals?
4)  How long does the treatment last?

We have a 110 unit Villa Community that we are going to be starting very soon. We already got the job. Just waiting for them to give us the go ahead to schedual because of other work being performed. We are next.  If all were to go well with this one we would just stay up there in Crystal River until the job is completed. I'm not going to drive 4hrs a day.

It's funny. I bid against guys in my area all the time. The ones that I am really friendly with will call me all the time and ask me, " Did a Mr, so and so call you today?" I do the same to them all the time too.  I just hope they don't call someone local who doesn't know what they are doing.
