Heck yea Chris!!! I made a full days wages on this one, Everyone should offer, upsell, what they know how to do, at the estimate. This house had my whole day, and we hit things, alot of things more than once. Used up everything I had. I brought extra soap. I emptied the shed!!!! lol!!!

Got it finished around 7.

Moss makes things slipprey. The wooden steps, going to backyard, covered in it! I sliped on it noving too fast. The back deck needs a makeover, The wood in front, the wooden things that hold the hill back.

This house was bad. It doesnt get much sunlight. Its not their fault. The gutters are, lol!!!

The sidewalk done after the gutter n ds clean n roof clean never dried up! (did the sidewalk then expecting it to be dry.) 2 or so hours later after the house wash and gutter scrub, 2 or 3 or 4 one area! How many times I had to hit an area with more cleaner. The side walk was never dry, like it shouldve been.

This house gets no sunlight and stays moist.
