I know this has been covered here before, but I just called a weekly home improvement show on one of our local radio shows.  A caller before me called wondering about the black streaks on his roof, so I called and told the host I had a roof cleaning company here in Jackson Tennessee.  They asked questions and I got to put out my phone # and website for free on the radio.  The hosts said this is the first they had heard of a company that is dedicated to roof cleaning and said they would keep my number and send people my way.  I am planning to contact them off the air and see if they would like to have me come on their show and answer caller questions about roof cleaning..........and not even charge them to be their guest. biggrin

Most of those type shows have to pay to be on the air. So you theoreticaly could pay them for some air time.

Ask them if you could clean their roof in exchange for some airtime. I used to work for a guy that exchanged work for advertising all the time, he was on every station in town.
