I am the new guy in town I will say I was very impressed with the way Bob returned each annoying call I made to him usually with in the hour, his prices seem fair, I had my order in about 2 days, he has helped me a lot as I am sure he does all that call him. He is most likely returning phone calls and filling orders promptly I think that is a huge help to members.

she didn't get banned for not donating the skid unit at the Tampa convention like she promised, she didn't get banned for not returning dozens of members phone calls for days and days, she got banned for one of the lowest things you can do, she tried to black male a member, she tried to cause trouble between a member and his wife and his family.

I don't care about her low prices, because she is not worth the agrivation, she is understaffed with inexperience help, and a mother that has an attitude and can't deal with the public.

Of course she participates here on this board this is where she made alot of money with free advertisement, and we all use to recommend her, but she forgot about her good customers.

You really cant be serious. Just because she is banned doesn't mean that you cant use her. She caused more trouble on this forum than shes worth,that is why she is no longer on here. How exactly did she support our forum? She is on other bbs's so I'm sure she isn't gonna be hurting to bad for business.

My roof cleaning arsenal is small now, but I have access to thousands of products through numerous warehouses. I can get Yamada and FloJet air pumps, ag hose, all the usual pressure washer parts, parts for Briggs, Honda, and Kohler engines and all the high pressure pump manufacturers.

I also manufacture chemicals and am currently testing a chlorine compatible surfactant.

My prices are, however, not REDICULOUSLY low. Like you, I plan on making enough money to stay in business.

A new website is in the works with a store so you can purchase products without having to call the order in, but for now, if you need something, just call or email.

Russ has anything you need from roof cleaning, pressure washing, chemicals whole set-ups everything you need. Russ knows his Chit.

Well, tell me Doug, what did Ron do that was so "wrong" ? I agree, he might have been a little more diplomatic, but he was pissed, and rightfully so. Lori promised him to give away a skid in exchange for promotion, and she backed out on the deal. When we as contractors do work, and then not get paid, we get angry. Ron is no different. Ron put on one hell of a roundtable, and RCIA Social, and charged RCIA Nothing, Nada. He gave us T Shirts, for free, he promotes us, for FREE. Why wouldn't I praise him ? I  will praise any friend of the RCIA. I praise Doug from Toledo roof cleaning for doing our certified decals, Bill from Accurate for all he does, Gary in Kentucky for writing our mission statement, Mike Sullivan for all he has done. And any other RCIA Member who helps us out will get my praise as well.

If you are pissed about the Lori getting banned situation, then come out and say it, instead of being chiken chit and resigning. There are a lot of other people who are upset about the ban, so you will not be alone. The RCIA way is to talk about chit that upsets us. I assure you, I promise you, and anyone else, feel FREE to speak your mind here. No one will be "banned" for speaking their mind.

I have resigned b/c I am angry over the deterioration of the forum (yes, I told you the forum was going to Chit and you just said you haven't been here much), angry that Ron is a psycho and that anyone would be expected to deal with him and that you see nothing wrong with him, and angry that you appear to cashing in in whatever ways you can.

I'm done with it and I'm done with you. I've learned a lot here and I thank you for that. But I won't be associated with the RCIA any longer. I certainly wouldn't want my customers to be directed here and see what goes on.

You either don't see what's going on or you are in on it.

The forum WILL go to Chit Doug, if we have hidden resentments and anger.
This is why it is the RCIA way to talk about our differences.
I want to make one thing clear to you. I make very little money with this Forum.
in fact, when the chit was going on with Dave Westerman, I actually printed out ALL my Pay Pal donations and posted them! Pay Pal allows you to do this. It came to about 1300.00 in 2 years. I spend 2 times the time on this Forum as I do in my own business, and all I have to show for it is 1300 dollars, and people like you inferring I am a crook.
Even if I did make a fortune off this forum, and I don't, so what ?  What IF I charged 200 people 250 dollars a year for certification ? That would be a nice chunk of change for me, but look at it thiis way ? Just the work you will get from being on this forum, and the certification that allows you to steal jobs from your competitors alone is worth that ?

it never ceases to amaze me why some people will not complain that the trailer sales guy made a thousand dolllars on them, or the truck dealership made 2 or 3 grand as well. You KNOW they made some money, but so freaking what ? That truck and trailer will make you 50 grand, or more.
So, it is "ok" for them to make a little money, yet the guy who taught you, gives you the certification tool to steal jobs from competitors, and lets you post on the highest visibility roof cleaning forum in the world is a "crook".
This is pissing me off Doug. I run one of the busiest roof cleaning outfits in Tampa.
I often sell and make more in one DAY, then I have ever made total with this forum.
