Trust me from a Pennsylvanian. Joe Walters is the best in the business. He is out of Bethel Park, PA and will know what you are talking about when you call!

The annual premium will be $ 747.00. To bind coverage we will need a check payable to Ohio Casualty Insurance Co. for $ 190.00 for the down payment. The insurance company will bill you direct on quarterly installments. Joe Walters
$1,000,000/$500,000, covers everything but roof repair. Also covers power washing. I didn't get the equipment coverage, but can add on later.
Get the equipment coverage. It is VERY cheap. I didnt get it at first, then had my 6 month old $10,000 trailer stolen. Had to rebuild with cash. Now im covered for full replacement value.
Can someone please refer me to a insurance agent to get a liability quote for my roof cleaning business? Thanks, Ray Frye.
We use Insurance Office of America, IOA. They are a nationwide independent company. They have lots of experience customizing policies for our industry. Call Gary Morin at 407-788-3000 and he will get you with an agent in your state. Make sure you mention my name it comes with a discount!
I got insurance cheaper than Joe walters with my local Allstate agency. I have to have Workers Comp and Commercial Auto, Joe wasn't able to help with the WC. I wanted one agency so I went local.

Interesting Danny. I've been with Allstate for my home and private autos for 20+ years and they couldn't touch Joe's prices for the biz liability. Joe's commercial truck insurance was even a tad cheaper, but I kept that under Allstate anyway as they've really been good to me over the years. Any idea who Allstate brokered your business insurance with? My Allstate agent told me they'd sub it out.
Like you, I prefer to do business locally when I can as well. Thanks!
